The Northern California Homebrewers Festival takes place at beautiful Lake Francis Resort in Dobbins, CA, located in the lower Sierra foothills above Marysville
Lake Francis Resort has many amenities for you and your family. For those that have been to Lake Francis before, you know the resort is very family friendly and the NCHO had made a point to have something for everybody. Most amenities are accessed or arranged in the Resort Village. In the village you will find most everything you could need during your stay.

Driving Directions to Lake Francis
From Sacramento
- Take Interstate 5 towards Redding
- Take Hwy 99 exit towards Marysville/Yuba City
- Take Hwy 70 exit towards Marysville
- In Marysville, go East (right turn) on Hwy 20 for 12 miles
- Go North (left turn) on Route E21 for 12 miles
- Go East (right turn) on Route E20 for 6.5 miles to Old Dobbins Road and turn right.
- In Dobbins, turn South (right) on Lake Francis Road
- The Campground entrance is 1/4 mile on the right, and the Village is 1/4 mile further on the left.
From Reno
- Take Interstate 80 towards Sacramento
- Take Hwy 20 West Exit towards Grass Valley/Nevada City
- Continue on Hwy 20 going west through Grass Valley/Nevada City
- Approximately 15 miles west of Grass Valley, turn right (North) on Route E21 for 12 miles (at the Union 76 gas station)
- Go East (right turn) on Route E20 for 6.5 miles to Old Dobbins Road and turn right.
- In Dobbins, turn South (right) on Lake Francis Road
- The Campgound entrance is 1/4 mile on the right, and the Village is 1/4 mile further on the left
